Molto spesso ci chiediamo perché stiamo facendo quello che facciamo, e a volte perché non facciamo quello che ci siamo ripromessi di fare.
Ci chiediamo se siamo motivati, e come fare a diventarlo.
La motivazione è il nostro motore, è quel vento che gonfia le nostre vele e ci fa navigare verso la meta.
Questo talk intende capire come trovare il vento e come regolare le vele attraverso il racconto di un viaggio lungo gli Alisei da Est a Ovest

La sostenibilità è pervasiva e passa anche attraverso le persone. Se sono motivare le loro azioni ed i loro risultati sono sostenibili nel tempo indefinitamente. Se sono motivate rendono le loro azioni sostenibili per l’ambiente dove si trovano.

I spent several years working in large companies in different areas (business development, marketing, sourcing, organization, digital innovation) measuring myself in different fields, from software simulation and validation, to strategic sourcing and finally to organizational methodologies.
