How? In our Lightning Talks, we open the floor to the community to share the latest highlights or ideas that have inspired them. This is a chance to present a 5 to 10-minute talk and gain valuable public speaking experience.

How to propose your Lightning Talk? It’s easy—just write your name on the board when you arrive at the event to enter the official agenda. We can only accept 2 talks, so come early!

SPEAKERS:

Francisco Manuel Soto Ramirez: Software Engineer at Ring, specializing in device setup backend. Fran previously worked at Amazon on full-stack projects, data pipelines, and various AWS services. He actively shares career growth tips through his newsletter and social media, where he has over 35,000 followers. He also supports Spanish university students with his study guides, which have over 143,000 downloads.

Belén Barbed: Software Engineer at Ring in Madrid, focusing on linking devices. With a background in Electronics from Imperial College London, Belen transitioned to the tech industry, working on Amazon's Prime Video and Alexa. Her experience includes full-stack web development, firmware, and high-volume cloud services, always within the challenge of Amazon's scale.
