Si affronteranno temi legati esclusivamente alla progettazione e implementazione di Reti Neurali e il Deep Learning nell'Intelligenza Artificiale di oggi.

Il Meetup di DLI nasce dall'esigenza di sopperire alla carenza di meetup tecnici sul Deep Learning in Italia mentre ormai se ne contano molteplici in altre città del mondo come Londra, Amsterdam e San Francisco. Il Meetup sarà orientato sia alla ricerca accademica e che al mondo delle startup.

Titolo: Recommendation Systems

We interact with recommender (or recommendation) systems (RS) on a regular basis, when we use digital services and apps, from Amazon to Netflix and news aggregators. This might seem nice because it makes each one's experience in these virtual spaces more pleasant. However, one may wonder to what extent, inevitably, these systems are shaping individual experience of digital environments and social interactions. In this brief talk, we want to briefly review the working mechanism of recommender systems and try to think about a way to "break" the bubble in the social and news interactions that they tend to create.
