Dear community,

ML Milan is proud to announce our main event for 2019;

For the special occasion of the final event of the year, we have an amazing line up with two speakers with International fame (one of whom will come from London for the event).
We will have talks on Online Learning in the finance sector and AI in production.

The event is sponsored by Fugensim, a private SIM that uses proprietary Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning models to support investment decisions.

Events will be held in English with our classical format.

Davide Di Gioia
Davide has an extensive experience in Deep Learning with finance, currently PhD in UCL London, he has a Degree in Economics and Finance (2006), Master in Banking, Finance (2006), Master in Quantitative Finance (2007), MBA in Financial Management (2013), Plymouth University.

Luca Antiga
Luca is co-founder at Orobix, an AI engineering and service company based in Bergamo, Italy and [tensor]werk, a NY-based start-up developing infrastructure for data-defined software. He has contributed to PyTorch and leads the development of RedisAI. He is co-author of "Deep Learning with PyTorch” (Manning). He has a PhD in Bioengineering and worked in medical image analysis research across the 2000's

As a final remark, we would like to personally thank Politecnico di Milano and, in particular, Claudio Ariatti, a professor from the university. As we couldn’t find a proper location that could host enough people for this event, once again he managed to sneak around the classical bureaucracy of Italian universities and managed to guarantee a proper location for the event in a very short term.

Where? Join us on Wednesday 11th of December at Politecnico di Milano, in P.zza Leonardo Da vinci, 32, Edificio 6. The event will start at 7 PM and will finish around 9 PM. At the end of the event there will be a small appetizer, sponsored by Fugensim.
