Madrid For Refugees - Refugees Code Demo Day 2024

We are looking for recruiters, tech companies, web designers and potential students to join us for the MFR - Refugees Code School Demo Day! We will introduce the program, current students will present their final projects, and have a networking reception

Program:

Brief presentation of Madrid For Refugees and Refugees Code
Presentations and questions: Students present their projects. Audience can ask technical and/or experience questions
Networking with refreshments and drinks in collaboration with Lakook - CEAR, catering prepared and served by refugees and migrants
We are looking for companies, organizations:

Interested in the program, getting to know the participants and boosting their talents and skills.
Who want to offer internships/jobs to the students in the program.
We are also looking for students & volunteers:

Potential students to join us in future editions.
Volunteers to help in MFR/RC as teachers and mentors.
About Madrid For Refugees - Refugees Code

Refugees Code promotes equal opportunities for diverse talent in the technology sector. It is a training program on Front-End Web Development for refugees, asylum seekers, and migrants at risk of social exclusion, which allows them to develop their potential in the IT sector. Refugees Code is an initiative of the NGO Madrid For Refugees.
